Sheep Shifter

Products from nature are precious. Whether is is wool from a sheep or linen from flax, each has a place in the world that provides value to our lives. Taking these materials and turning it into an item that can be used over time is a passion of mine. I started making items when I was six years old, at the knee of my grandmother. She guided my hands at a sewing machine to make doll clothes from scrapes left from her dressmaking. I learned to knit from my mother, setting into motion more design and creative activities. Everyday includes working with fiber with needles, on a loom, or free-form. But, we don't have to be serious all the time. In fact, we need some attitude to make sure we have fun and keep it real.
